ZSR Ventures, LLC does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not exchange your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We only disclose personal information to third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Underwriting Analyst platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. These disclosures are made for business purposes under written contracts that prohibit the service providers from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Third-Party Service Providers

The following third-party service providers receive personal information solely for the purpose of providing services to us:

• Microsoft Azure: Cloud hosting and data storage.
• Anthropic: AI model provider for document analysis and report generation.
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and tenant payments.

None of these disclosures constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA.
